The Torrance County Commission will hold a Public Hearing pertaining to the Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP) during the Regular Council Meeting held on August 14, 2019 in the Commission Chambers at the Torrance County Administrative Offices. The Commission Meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Torrance County is seeking public input regarding public infrastructure projects within the County. Projects can be any public infrastructure project within Torrance County that is statutorily acceptable and benefits the residents of the county.

During the hearing, all interested parties will be given the opportunity to comment. Those unable to the public hearing may send written comments to: County Manager’s Office, Torrance County; PO Box 48; Estancia, NM 87016.
